This website introduces SYNE’s services and provides a way to start a conversation. Descriptions and enquiries do not themselves create a distribution, publishing, funding or licensing agreement. Any agreed services will be set out separately with you. The scope, fees, payment terms and any eligibility conditions belong in that agreement; website descriptions do not promise a particular commercial result.

Share music you own or are authorised to submit, using a listening link we can access. Sending a demo does not transfer ownership of your music to SYNE and does not guarantee a response, signing, release, funding or promotion.

A submission is for assessment and discussion of your enquiry, not permission for us to release, sell or commercially exploit your music. Agree any special confidentiality requirements with us before sharing confidential material; the privacy notice still applies to personal information. Please send only the information needed to assess your enquiry. Do not include account passwords or other people’s private information without an appropriate reason. Our privacy notice explains the planned handling of enquiry details.

A licensing enquiry is a request to discuss availability and terms. Sending it, receiving a reply or finding music on this website does not grant permission to use a recording or composition. The required rights and permissions must be agreed before use.

Music, photographs, artwork, logos and other materials belong to their respective rights holders. Display on this website does not grant a licence to reproduce, distribute or commercially use them. This does not affect uses permitted by law.

Artist login will lead to the SYNE artist portal, supported by distribution-platform providers. Access to that platform is subject to the applicable artist/platform arrangements. The public website’s terms do not replace those agreements.

Links to other services are provided for the relevant artist, music or social destination. Review the terms and privacy information of the service you visit.

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but content may be corrected or updated and access may be interrupted. News and milestone posts describe the position when prepared, rather than a live counter. Confirm details relevant to a proposed service or licence with us before relying on them.

This does not reduce any obligation we have under an agreement with you or any rights you have under applicable law.

Please do not misuse the contact form, submit unlawful material or attempt to access accounts or systems without permission. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your mandatory consumer rights, where applicable, remain unaffected.
